About the job: Hyderabad (Hybrid) 1 3 Years Experience Synersys is revamping its Agentic Foundry to deliver production-ready AI agents across cybersecurity, network intelligence, data integration, and enterprise automation. Were looking for a hands-on AI Agent Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. What Youll Do • Build and deploy production-grade AI agents and intelligent workflows • Develop POCs and demos for client-facing use cases • Implement RAG-based systems using enterprise data and vector databases • Integrate agents with APIs, Mulesoft Fabric, and automation tools (n8n) • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams What you Bring • 13 years of AI engineering experience • Strong Python and experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure) • Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Llama Index • Experience with RAG, Pinecone/FAISS/Chroma, and enterprise integrations • Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving rapid innovation Excited to build the next generation of agentic AI?
