We are looking for a hands-on AI Architect / App Product Manager who can own products end-to-end—from concept and architecture to launch and iteration. Role Overview This role sits at the critical junction of AI, product strategy, and engineering execution. You will be responsible for defining product vision, designing AI-first system architectures, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver commercial B2C or B2B applications that are scalable, secure, and market-ready. The ideal candidate has successfully launched at least one commercial mobile or web application available on the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store, and has strong experience working with AI-powered features. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Strategy • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, roadmap, delivery, launch, and post-launch optimization. • Define product vision, MVP scope, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals. • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and technical requirements. • Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, AI teams, and engineering teams. AI Architecture & Technical Leadership • Design and validate AI-centric system architectures (ML pipelines, data flows, model deployment strategies). • Define how AI/ML models, APIs, databases, and frontend apps interact at scale. • Ensure best practices in model lifecycle management, data governance, security, and performance. • Guide teams on choosing the right AI frameworks, cloud services, and architecture patterns. Delivery & Execution • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery. • Oversee integration of AI features such as NLP, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, or generative AI. • Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure production readiness, monitoring, and reliability. • Manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across multiple workstreams. Stakeholder & Market Alignment • Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. • Incorporate user feedback, analytics, and market trends into continuous product improvement. • Stay updated with AI trends, app ecosystem changes, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Experience Core Requirements • 5–7 years of relevant experience in product management, AI architecture, or technical product leadership. • Proven experience launching at least one commercial B2C or B2B app available on the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store. • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model training, inference, and deployment. • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, AI/ML, business). Technical Competencies • Solid knowledge of system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and data pipelines. • Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and production deployment. • Ability to evaluate trade-offs between build vs buy, scalability, cost, and performance. Product & Leadership Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. • Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience managing roadmaps, timelines, and priorities in fast-moving environments. • Startup mindset: adaptable, hands-on, and execution-driven. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AI-first or data-heavy products. • Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, or recommendation systems. • Prior experience in SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or platform products. • MBA, engineering degree, or equivalent professional experience.
