We run AI interviews over voice, video, text, and WhatsApp, and automatically generate consultancy-grade reports. • We mine every conversation for insights and make them searchable so company knowledge is never lost. Role Description: • You will be responsible for supporting AI-powered research projects – helping to run client studies end-to-end and learn how insights are delivered at speed. • Clean, analyze, visualize research data to support consultancy-grade deliverables. • Spot inefficiencies and suggest ways to streamline research workflows. Your Success Criteria: • You're comfortable with data – understanding basic statistics can work your way around a spreadsheet. • You're a clear communicator turning messy data into clean slides writing concise summaries without losing the point. • You're tech-curious familiar with survey tools like Typeform or Google Forms pick up new platforms quickly. Bonus qualifications include any prior exposure to market research data analysis or survey design.
