Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Developer skilled in Microsoft technologies to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation and AI-driven applications across the Microsoft ecosystem. The role focuses on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure AI Services, and Microsoft Copilot integrations for business optimization.​ Key Responsibilities • Design and develop AI solutions leveraging Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Microsoft Copilot frameworks.​ • Build intelligent business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for analytics and automation.​ • Integrate AI capabilities such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Conversational AI within Microsoft environments.​ • Develop and deploy chat-bots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents and custom AI plugins.​ • Work with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Graph API to enhance AI-enabled workflows. • Implement and maintain DevOps best practices on Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for continuous deployment and model monitoring.​ • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and deliver scalable AI applications using Microsoft technology stack.​ • Adhere to Microsoft Responsible AI standards — fairness, transparency, and data security compliance. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.​ • 3–7 years of experience in developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.​ • Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).​ • Experience with Azure AI Services such as Cognitive Services, LUIS, and Azure Bot Framework.​ • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and JavaScript/TypeScript development for backend integrations.​ • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Dataverse. • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Graph API integrations.​ • Strong problem-solving and system design skills with knowledge of enterprise data modeling principles. Preferred Skills • Experience integrating Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder into business workflows.​ • Microsoft certification such as Power Platform Developer Associate or Azure AI Engineer Associate. • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 plugins and customization. • Exposure to PowerShell scripting for automation.
