About the job

• Open Role: AI Developer (India, Remote) Build, fine-tune, and deploy ML/LLM-powered applications used in production workflows. You will connect software engineering with model development, LLM evaluation, RLHF concepts, data labeling strategy, and QA evaluation to improve model reliability and performance. • What You Will Do • Design and ship AI-driven features integrating ML models and LLMs into production systems. • Develop inference services, APIs, batch pipelines, and real-time inference workflows. • Build LLM evaluation and prompt evaluation harnesses (golden datasets, regression tests). • Partner with data labeling/QA teams on annotation guidelines, acceptance criteria, and training data quality checks. • Run QA evaluation to measure accuracy, safety, and reliability; iterate on model performance improvement. • Implement monitoring for drift, hallucinations, latency, and cost; ensure reproducibility across environments. • Required Qualifications • Mid-to-senior experience building ML-enabled software products. • Strong Python skills; hands-on with PyTorch or TensorFlow. • Knowledge of NLP and/or computer vision; offline metrics and human-in-the-loop evaluation. • Experience deploying with Docker and CI/CD; Kubernetes and AWS preferred. • Compensation Competitive hourly rate $30–$50/hr (USD).
