The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI, along with solid Python development and system design skills. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, production-ready AI systems delivering real business value. 🚀 Key Responsibilities • Design and build Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating LLMs, vector databases, and knowledge graphs. • Develop and orchestrate multi-step LLM agents using LangGraph / LangChain frameworks. • Write clean, scalable, test-driven Python code for APIs, data pipelines, and AI microservices. • Integrate Java microservices via gRPC / REST APIs for legacy or performance-critical workflows. • Containerize and deploy applications using Docker & Kubernetes (GKE/EKS). • Set up and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and deployment strategies. • Optimize data structures and algorithms for efficient retrieval and performance. • Collaborate with product, UX, data science, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions. • Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and internal knowledge sharing. 🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications • 4+ years of professional Python development experience. • Strong knowledge of data structures & algorithms. • Expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, tokenization, fine-tuning, and evaluation. • Hands-on experience building end-to-end RAG systems. • Experience with LangChain / LangGraph or similar frameworks. • Strong collaboration and communication skills in Agile teams. ⭐ Preferred Skills • Java microservices integration. • Cloud platforms: GCP / AWS / Azure. • MLOps, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices. • Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana). • Kubernetes, Helm, container security. • Open-source contributions in AI frameworks.
