Job Summary We are looking for a skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate has strong foundations in machine learning, data handling, and software engineering, with hands-on experience building and scaling AI models. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production use • Work with structured and unstructured data to build predictive and intelligent systems • Develop and optimize models using Python, ML/DL frameworks, and statistical methods • Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to integrate AI solutions • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation • Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and industry trends Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong proficiency in Python • Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI algorithms • Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation • Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases • Understanding of REST APIs and model deployment • Good problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred / Good to Have • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI • Knowledge of LLMs, transformers, and prompt engineering • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps tools • Background in statistics or applied mathematics Education • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field • Relevant project or industry experience can substitute for formal education What We Offer • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products • Collaborative and fast-growing tech environment • Competitive salary and learning opportunities • Exposure to real-world, large-scale AI systems
