Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive AI Digital Campaigns & Growth Strategy Marketing Specialist who can effectively manage client relationships while executing high-performance digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Business Profile management, combined with strong client handling and digital campaign management capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, curious, value-driven, and eager to work on AI-led healthcare digital projects while delivering measurable results for clients. Key Responsibilities Client Strategy & Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term engagement. • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and campaign discussions. • Understand client business goals and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies. Digital Campaign Management • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive performance and ROI. • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies. • Identify opportunities to improve campaign reach, engagement, and conversions. Google Business Profile & Local Visibility • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP/GMB) including listings, reviews, and updates. • Improve local SEO visibility and profile engagement. AI & Digital Project Coordination • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of AI-driven digital marketing projects. • Support healthcare technology marketing initiatives and ensure timely project delivery. • Maintain seamless communication between clients and internal teams. Performance Analysis & Reporting • Prepare and present campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations. • Track campaign KPIs and suggest improvements to enhance ROI and campaign effectiveness. Candidate Profile • 2.5 – 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Client Servicing, or Account Management. • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP) management. • Experience in Healthcare Digital Marketing or Healthcare Technology projects is an added advantage. • Strong client communication and relationship management skills. • Ability to analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to AI-driven marketing tools and platforms. • Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
