Job Title: AI Digital Marketing Executive – Paid Media & Performance Marketing Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite) Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Experience: 6 Months – 3Year+ Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate About the Role We are looking for a motivated, performance-driven AI Digital Marketing Specialist to join the growth team at Multiplier AI Limited. In this role, you will support and execute paid marketing initiatives across Google Ads and social media platforms, working closely with senior marketers to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. This position is ideal for early-career professionals eager to build strong foundations in PPC, analytics, and performance marketing. You will gain hands-on exposure to real-world paid campaigns, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-growing, AI-led organization. Key Responsibilities 1. PPC & Campaign Execution Assist in planning and executing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Support end-to-end campaign handling, including keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid optimization. Monitor daily campaign performance to ensure budgets and KPIs are on track. 2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to improve results. Identify underperforming campaigns and support optimization initiatives. 3. Analytics & Reporting Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads dashboards to analyze performance. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Support data-driven decision-making through structured reporting. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages align with campaign goals. Ensure consistent messaging and seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints. 5. Learning & Industry Awareness Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, ad policies, and best practices. Continuously improve skills through hands-on execution, feedback, and learning.
