Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 8+ years of AI/ML engineering experience to develop and deploy models effectively - Demonstrate your leadership skills with 3+ years of experience in leading teams or managing technical aspects - Showcase a proven track record of delivering production AI systems at scale - Manage the complete ML lifecycle, from research to production - Blend your background in individual contribution and team collaboration to drive success Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with a focus on hands-on model development and deployment - 3+ years of experience in team leadership or technical management - Proven ability to deliver production AI systems at scale - Proficiency in managing the complete ML lifecycle from research to production - Background in both individual contribution and team collaboration Additional Details: The company is seeking a candidate with expertise in ML Models/statistical models, SQL, Python, NLP, LLMs, and Agentic AI. Proficiency in MLOps (CI/CD/docker/jenkin pipeline) is preferred for this role.
