Job Overview: We are hiring an AI Engineer for an execution-driven role to implement a GPU-powered, real-time CCTV video analytics solution for a high-scale retail business. Key Responsibilities: ● Integrate AI video analytics with live RTSP CCTV feeds (multi-camera environments) ● Build real-time detection & tracking for people, objects, and behaviors. ● Develop visual overlays, alerts, and live dashboards. ● Handle multi-camera setups, poor lighting, and crowd conditions. ● Deploy & optimize inference on GPU servers (edge / local deployment, no-cloud dependency). ● Ensure low-latency, multi-stream processing across cameras. ● Work closely with our internal AI & Product teams for on-ground execution. Required Skills: ● Strong expertise in Computer Vision & Real-Time Video Processing. ● Hands-on with YOLOv5/v8/v11, OpenCV, TensorFlow or PyTorch. ● Proven experience in CCTV/RTSP feed integration. ● Skilled in GPU-based inference optimization (NVIDIA CUDA/TensorRT preferred). ● Familiarity with real-world video challenges (occlusion, low-light, fast motion, crowded spaces). ● Experience in multi-stream video analytics on GPU servers (NVIDIA A100/T4/RTX). ● Ability to deploy on-site GPU servers and ensure stable 24x7 operation. ● Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines. ● Good communication and collaboration skills.
