Job Title: AI Engineer Location: Remote | Type: Freelance Experience: 3–4 Years Role Overview We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong Azure cloud experience to build a conversational data platform that allows users to ask natural language questions and retrieve information from multiple enterprise systems (finance, scheduling, procurement, document management, etc.). The role involves data integration, pipeline development, and AI-driven query processing to enable a unified interface for project insights. Key Responsibilities • Build and manage data pipelines and API integrations with multiple external systems. • Develop backend services to support natural language queries. • Implement AI/LLM-based query interpretation and response generation. • Combine and normalize data from multiple sources. • Ensure secure access, RBAC, and audit logging for all queries and responses. Required Skills • 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering or Backend Development • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure • Hands-on with Azure Data Factory , Azure Databricks , or Azure Synapse Analytics • Strong Python and SQL skills • Experience with API integrations and data pipelines • Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex • Experience with Azure OpenAI Service is a plus
