About Us We are a legal AI platform that ingests entire contracts and analyzes them with long-context LLMs on AWS Bedrock (Claude) and Vertex AI (Gemini). We’re hiring an AI Engineer (~2 years experience) to optimize existing workflows and lead the new Word report generation feature. What You’ll Do: • Optimize and improve full-document LLM workflows for speed, accuracy, and cost • Build and maintain Word (DOCX) report generation and editing inside the app • Handle PDFs and scanned leases using OCR pipelines (Textract) • Develop and maintain FastAPI APIs, including streaming responses • Manage background tasks and async workflows with Celery • Deploy and scale AI workflows using AWS services (Bedrock, EC2, S3, Lambda) Must Have: • Strong Python skills • ~2 years experience with production AI / LLM systems • Hands-on experience with Claude, Gemini models and AWS Bedrock • LangChain or LlamaIndex experience • DOCX generation / manipulation in Python • Experience with OCR or document-heavy workflows • Experience with Celery or other async / background task queues • Startup background only; short notice of 1 month or immediately available • Individual contributor mindset- we are a lean team with hustle mindset Why Join Us: • Work on a live product with real users • Own meaningful improvements and new features end to end • Fully remote, fast-paced startup • Annual CTC: ₹9,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 (depending on experience, skills, and performance)
