The Reality Last month, our AI agent saved a healthcare client 500+ hours of manual work. This month, we need to build five more. We're CloudRedux—a Pune-based AI company building autonomous agents that automate enterprise workflows. Not demos. Not proofs-of-concept. Production systems that businesses pay for because they work. We're looking for an AI Engineer to join as a founding team member. ...  You'll work directly with the technical founder to ship production-grade agents. You'll see your code impact real businesses within days, not quarters. What You'll Build • Agentic Architectures: You'll build complex, multi-step agents using LangGraph, LangChain, or Google ADK. These aren't chatbots—they're autonomous systems that make decisions, take actions, and complete entire workflows. • Data Integration: You'll make LLMs talk to SQL databases, Vector Stores (Weaviate/Pinecone), and messy real-world documents (PDFs, Excel, emails) simultaneously. • Production Automation: Python for complex logic. n8n or Make.com when speed matters. We're pragmatic about tools—whatever ships fastest and works best. Who You Are → You build things. Your GitHub has side projects. You've built a RAG bot, fine-tuned a model, or automated something just to see if you could. → You understand LLMs deeply. You know they hallucinate. You fix it with architecture—retrieval, validation, guardrails—not just "better prompts." → You ship fast. You'd rather have a working prototype tomorrow than a perfect architecture document next month. → You're curious about the business. You want to understand why we're building something, not just what. We don't care about your degree. IIT or Tier-3 college—irrelevant. Self-taught? Even better. Show us what you've built.
