What You’ll Do - Start with a paid onboarding / transition phase focused on modern AI systems and applied use cases - Learn and work with AI-driven architectures, tools, and workflows - Apply your existing technical or domain expertise to real AI projects - Collaborate with senior engineers and AI practitioners on live client and internal projects - Transition into a full-scale project role after successful onboarding Compensation & Growth - Paid onboarding / transition period (compensation aligned to this phase) - Revised, market-aligned compensation after successful completion - Long-term role in AI-first projects and product teams - Clear growth path into advanced engineering, solution, or domain-AI roles What This Role Is Not - Not a course or classroom-only training - Not an internship - Not a certification program This is a career transition role for experienced professionals.
