Job Title: AI Engineer Experience: 2–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Location: Indore (Onsite) Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver production-ready AI systems within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using modern frameworks and LLM-based architectures. • Build and optimize Generative AI applications, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and inference pipelines. • Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems and AI agents for real-world business use cases. • Develop data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation workflows. • Integrate AI models with backend services, APIs, and databases. • Monitor model performance, improve accuracy, and handle edge cases in production. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions. • Maintain documentation, version control, and best engineering practices. Required Skills & Qualifications • 2–3 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer / ML Engineer. • Strong proficiency in Python. • Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs / LLMs / Generative AI models. • Experience building RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings. • Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. • Experience with API development and integration (REST, FastAPI, Flask). • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design. • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period. Good to Have • Experience with MLOps tools and deployment pipelines. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure). • Exposure to n8n or workflow automation tools. • Frontend or Full Stack experience is a plus.
