About the job

We are looking for a technically strong AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and deliver AI-driven solutions for multiple client projects across industries. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, along with experience working in client-facing and service delivery environments. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop AI/ML models based on client requirements and business use cases. • Work on multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and delivery timelines. • Develop and deploy solutions related to NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI. • Gather technical and functional requirements from clients and convert them into scalable AI solutions. • Build and maintain data pipelines, training models, and performance optimization strategies. • Deploy AI models into production environments using cloud platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA teams, project managers, and stakeholders. • Provide technical consultation and solution architecture support during pre-sales and client discussions. • Maintain proper documentation, code versioning, and deployment standards. • Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables. • Troubleshoot and enhance existing AI solutions based on client feedback and evolving requirements. Required Technical Skills: • Strong programming expertise in Python. • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, and Hugging Face. • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications. • Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning techniques. • Experience in model training, evaluation, and optimization techniques. • Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar frameworks. • Experience in building and integrating REST APIs for AI solutions. • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data processing techniques.
