You will be required to be a hands-on coder so expertise in technologies mentioned is a must have. Must-Have Experience • 1+ years hands-on experience building Agentic, LLM, or NLP-based applications. • Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI. • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch. • Strong understanding of RAG architectures and retrieval-augmented AI systems. • Experience deploying ML models in production environments (cloud, container-based, scalable systems). • Proficiency in Python (primary). • Familiarity with natural language processing and optionally computer vision. • Strong understanding of AI / ML algorithms, data structures, optimization, and performance tuning. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Most importantly: • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment and meet deadlines. • Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, patterns and specifications. • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI / ML technologies, tools, and methodologies, incorporating best practices into development processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project objectives, and deliver AI / ML solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value. • Ability to join within 15 days.
