Job Title: AI Engineer (Agentic AI & Python) Location: Hybrid - Hyderabad The Role We are looking for a builder. We need a hands-on AI Engineer who doesn't just understand the theory of AI Agents but can write the Python code to make them work in the real world. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying autonomous agentic systems. You will move fast, break things (and fix them), and take ownership of projects from concept to production. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement sophisticated Agentic AI workflows using orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.) or custom logic. • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable Python code for production environments. • Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Open-source) for specific tasks (reasoning, tool use, planning). • Build and manage RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector databases. • Collaborate with the team to define the technical roadmap in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment. • Optimize AI systems for latency, cost, and accuracy. Must-Haves • Strong proficiency in Python: You can write production-ready code, not just Jupyter notebooks. • Proven experience with Agentic AI: You have built projects using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar. You understand concepts like ReAct, chain-of-thought, and tool calling. • Start-up Mentality: You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity. You don't wait for tasks; you find them. You value speed and impact. • Experience with LLMs: Deep understanding of how to prompt, instruct, and integrate LLMs via APIs. Nice-to-Haves • Experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). • Familiarity with vector search (Pinecone, Weaviate). • Contributions to open-source AI projects.
