Role Overview: You will be working as an AI Engineer at Tiger Analytics, supporting a high-impact internal strategic initiative and contributing to client-facing AI/ML solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with leadership in building an innovative enterprise platform that acts as an intelligent assistant providing real-time insights, recommendations, and guidance using Generative AI and LLMs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with leadership to understand the vision and technical requirements of the enterprise platform. - Design and develop an AI-driven platform to optimize project workflows. - Utilize cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs and Generative AI. - Integrate the platform with existing organizational systems for seamless operation. - Contribute to building scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend components. - Participate in code reviews and uphold strong engineering practices. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in MLE/MLOps/AI Engineering. - Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or related AI technologies. - Strong backend development skills in Python (Flask/Django) or similar frameworks. - Good understanding of APIs and microservices architecture. - Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Eagerness to learn, explore new technologies, and solve challenging problems.
