Description : Job Title : AI Engineer (Gen AI) Overview : We are seeking an AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI to help revolutionize digital insurance management and user experience. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge AI systems, designing and optimizing models that make insurance workflows smarter, faster, and more intuitive. Youll contribute to building scalable Gen AI solutions, enhancing product capabilities, and driving meaningful innovation in the InsurTech domain. Key Responsibilities : AI Model Development :- Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other AI systems tailored to insurance-focused use cases. Data Science & Predictive Modeling :- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights, build predictive models, and refine algorithms for accuracy and impact. Optimization & Performance :- Ensure AI models are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in real-world applications. Research & Innovation :- Stay updated with the latest AI and machine learning advancements, experimenting with emerging techniques to elevate product capabilities. Integration & Collaboration :- Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI-driven features seamlessly into the platform. Monitoring & Maintenance :- Oversee deployed AI systems, ensuring they remain robust, accurate, and reliable over time. Key Skills :- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning. Strong background in data science, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics. Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools. Experience with MLOps practices for deploying and maintaining models in production environments. Strong analytical foundation in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning. Ability to quickly adapt to evolving AI technologies and methodologies. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and scaling AI workloads. Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, data pipelines, or CI/CD is a plus.
