Job Description We are looking for an AI Engineer with 1.5–2 years of experience who has hands-on expertise in AI-driven automation. The candidate will work on building, deploying, and optimizing intelligent automation solutions to improve business processes and system efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop AI-based automation solutions • Build and optimize machine learning models for automation use cases • Develop workflows using Python-based automation scripts • Integrate AI models with existing systems, APIs, and databases • Work on process automation, data processing, and intelligent decision-making systems • Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams • Document automation workflows and AI solutions Required Skills • 1.5-2 years of experience in AI/ML development • Strong knowledge of Python • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms • Experience in automation frameworks, scripting, or workflow automation • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation • Experience with REST APIs and system integration • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases Good to Have • Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.) • Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or LLM-based automation • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment • Experience using Git and version control Soft Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Eagerness to learn new AI and automation technologies
