As an AI Engineer - Computer Vision at Avathon, you will be a part of a team revolutionizing industrial AI with cutting-edge technology. Your main responsibility will be designing, developing, and implementing advanced computer vision algorithms and systems that enable machines to interpret and understand visual information from the industrial world. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and optimize computer vision models - Integrate vision systems into real-time applications - Evaluate model performance and continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of vision systems - Engage with internal product developers, external customers, and subject matter experts to understand and solve critical technical challenges - Propose new projects or initiatives that will yield business benefits and evaluate project plans and proposals • *Qualification Required:** - A strong background in computer vision, deep learning, and software development - 2+ years of experience in the field - Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a focus on computer vision or machine learning - Strong programming skills in C++ and Python - Experience with Deep Learning algorithms and GPU programming - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure - Preferably experience in YOLO object detection algorithm or similar Convolutional Neural Network algorithms - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Prior experience in cutting-edge technologies with real-world impact.
