Key Responsibilities : AI Model Development : - Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other AI systems tailored to insurance-focused use cases. Data Science & Predictive Modeling : - Analyze large datasets to uncover insights, build predictive models, and refine algorithms for accuracy and impact. Optimization & Performance : - Ensure AI models are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in real-world applications. Research & Innovation : - Stay updated with the latest AI and machine learning advancements, experimenting with emerging techniques to elevate product capabilities. Integration & Collaboration : - Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI-driven features seamlessly into the platform. Monitoring & Maintenance : - Oversee deployed AI systems, ensuring they remain robust, accurate, and reliable over time.
