We're Hiring : AI Engineer Intern (Full Time | Paid Internship) Location : Remote Experience : 0-1 year Start Date : Immediate / As per availability Stipend : Competitive Key Responsibilities : • Design and develop production-ready AI / ML systems with scalability and maintainability in mind • Develop agentic AI workflows and orchestrate LLMs using frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel • Build and expose AI capabilities via RESTful APIs and backend services • Implement RAG-based systems by integrating LLMs with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone) • Build, fine-tune, and evaluate ML / DL models using strong fundamentals (feature engineering, evaluation, architecture selection - CNNs, Transformers, etc) • Test, validate, and monitor AI models to ensure robustness, fairness, and real-world reliability • Proactively identify and mitigate bias, drift, and hallucinations in generative systems • Deploy and iterate AI services on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) using CI / CD best practices • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-first solutions Must-Have Skills & Qualifications : • Bachelor's degree in engineering / technology. Final year engineering students with relevant skills and bandwidth are welcome • 0-1 year of hands-on experience in AI / ML development • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in FastAPI • Good understanding of core ML / DL concepts : supervised / unsupervised learning, overfitting, regularization, CNNs, Transformers, etc. • Experience with SQL and basic data engineering principles • Solid understanding of foundational Gen-AI concepts (e.g., embeddings, prompting, fine-tuning) and models (ChatGPT, LLaMA 2 / 3, Mistral, Claude, etc) • Exposure to frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex • Understanding of agent-based workflows and AI task automation • Analytical mindset and strong debugging / problem-solving skills • Good communication and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, fast-moving environment Good to Have : • Knowledge of RLHF, prompt engineering, few-shot learning • Experience with data labelling, evaluation frameworks, and synthetic data generation • Understanding of AI monitoring, observability, and performance metrics • Familiarity with cloud deployments and containerization (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus) Why Join SolvusAI? • Build real AI products, not just PoCs • Work at the forefront of applied Gen-AI and agentic systems • Collaborate with a high-energy, impact-driven team • Flexible remote environment • Ownership and visibility across projects from day one • A front-row seat in shaping SolvusAI’s product-led AI journey Think you’re a fit?
