AI Growth Engineer Location: Bengaluru (Remote is fine) Type: Full-time Experience: 0–3 years Are you an AI-native builder who sees growth as a systems problem? We’re looking for someone who can code, experiment, and build agents that power our digital presence, a growth hacker who thinks in automation, distribution loops, and first-principles thinking. Instead of traditional marketing, you will approach growth as an engineering challenge, building AI-driven systems that help KronosX reach the right audiences and expand our digital presence. What You’ll Do There is no predefined playbook for this role. We believe our digital presence and brand growth can be engineered using AI systems, automation, and intelligent distribution loops. Your job is to figure out how. In your application, tell us: • What kinds of agents or automation systems you would build to grow KronosX’s presence • How you would discover and engage in high-signal conversations online • How AI can create scalable visibility and distribution for a startup like ours We’re looking for someone whose instinct is to build systems, not run manual campaigns. Skills & Experience Required • Ability to build software (Python / JS / scripting) • Experience working with LLM APIs or AI tooling • Experience building AI agents, automation pipelines, or workflows • Strong experimentation mindset and ability to ship quickly • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment • You enjoy building tools, agents, or experiments in your spare time. • Evidence of things you’ve built (GitHub, side projects, or experiments) Nice to Have • Experience with automation frameworks (LangChain, n8n, Zapier, etc.) • Experience building scrapers, APIs, or workflow automation • Understanding of SEO, programmatic content, or distribution systems • Participation in hackathons, open-source projects, or AI experiments What You Get • Work directly with the founder and early team • Freedom to experiment and build unconventional growth systems • High visibility across investors, partners, and enterprise clients • Opportunity to shape the digital presence of an AI startup How to Apply Send the following to raj@kronosx.ai • GitHub or portfolio • Links to anything interesting you’ve built • 2–3 sentences on how you would grow a startup using AI systems We strongly prefer applicants who can show something they’ve built. • Subject: AI Growth Engineer – [Your Name]
