Job Title: AI Led (4 to 8 Years of Experience) Work location : Bangalore ( Hybrid) Role Overview The AI Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying endtoend AI solutions leveraging foundation models and other advanced machine learning approaches. This role requires strong technical leadership, handson expertise in deep learning, and the ability to guide teams toward measurable, efficient, and scalable AI outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement complete AI solutions, including model development, deployment pipelines, and mechanisms for continuous improvement of foundation models. - Develop processes, tools, and methodologies to refine, adapt, and enhance foundation models for real-world applications across image, video, and VLLM (Vision-Language Large Models) domains. - Mentor and coach team members on experiment design, KPIs, benchmarking practices, and bestinclass evaluation methodologies. - Contribute hands-on to the development of deep-learning-based computer vision algorithms and solutions. Foundation Model Application - Apply and finetune foundation modelsincluding image, video, and VLLM models—to solve complex business and engineering problems.
