Role Summary As part of our product innovation strategy, we are seeking an AI Engineer (3–4 years’ experience) with strong expertise in Conversational AI, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering for sales tone, and full-stack integration. This role is specifically focused on building intelligent, revenue-driven AI platforms within real estate environments, including AI sales agents, property recommendation engines, conversational chat / video agents, and CRM-integrated automation systems. You will work across backend AI systems and frontend user experiences, delivering production-ready AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with real estate portals, CRM platforms, and digital marketing funnels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing LLM-powered systems, tuning prompts for conversion-focused conversations, and building scalable RAG architectures that connect structured and unstructured property data.
