We have our presence in : • US • India (Ahmedabad, Bangalore) Web-site : www.DXFactor.com Location : SG Highway, Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Employment Type : Full Time Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced  AI / ML Engineer  with a solid foundation in Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence and at least  one year of hands-on experience in Generative AI . The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in  Python ,  LLM Models , and emerging techniques such as  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) ,  model fine-tuning , and  agentic AI systems . You will be responsible for building innovative solutions leveraging the latest in AI technology to solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities : • Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML solutions with an emphasis on  generative models and LLMs . • Implement and optimize  RAG pipelines  for knowledge-aware AI systems. • Fine-tune and customize models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, GPT, etc.) for specific domains or applications. • Build and manage  agentic AI systems  capable of autonomous planning and decision-making. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deliver scalable AI-powered features. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI / ML and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications : • 3+ years of experience in AI / ML development. • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in  Generative AI  projects. • Proficient in  Python  and common ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn). • Strong understanding of  Large Language Models (LLMs)  and transformer architectures. • Experience building  RAG pipelines  and integrating vector search systems. • Hands-on experience with  model fine-tuning  using LoRA, PEFT, or Hugging Face Transformers. • Experience developing  agentic AI systems  using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or custom orchestration logic. • Experience on working with cloud platforms. Tools & Technologies : • Frameworks & Libraries : LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, PyTorch, TensorFlow • Model Providers :  OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral • Vector Stores :  FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus • APIs & Services : REST, GraphQL • DevOps & Infra :  Docker, AWS / GCP / Azure
