AI / ML Engineer — Communication Intelligence What You Will Work On You will help design and build Nova’s Communication Intelligence engine, which detects patterns in workplace communication. This includes: Building NLP systems that analyze tone, sentiment, escalation patterns, and emotional signals in conversations. Developing models that detect behavioral patterns like burnout signals, pressure spikes, toxic communication patterns, and early signs of conflict. Creating ML pipelines that analyze communication streams from email, messaging platforms, and collaborative tools. Designing systems that surface actionable insights for leadership without violating privacy. Working closely with founders to turn research ideas into real production systems. Shipping fast and iterating quickly as we move toward product launch.
