We're Hiring: Expert for AI Model Evaluation – Internal IT/HR Operations (Utilities/Energy) We are looking for an experienced professional with deep expertise in internal IT or HR operations within large Utilities/Energy companies to help review and validate AI prompts used to train AI agents. This is a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project for a major energy provider Role Overview: We need an AI evaluation expert to review and ensure that the AI models developed for an enterprise energy provider (e.g., Chevron, Shell, BP, Duke Energy) accurately reflect the IT helpdesk and HR service delivery workflows typical of large organizations. The role focuses on validating the real-world internal support operations, including: • Ticket routing • Employee onboarding • IT asset handling • HR case management • SLA-driven processes Project Goal: Your expertise will ensure that the AI agent's prompt is realistic, internally consistent, and aligns with logistics support workflows for internal IT/HR operations. You will play a key role in optimizing how AI systems handle and support complex workflows across IT and HR teams. Key Responsibilities: • Review and validate AI prompts for IT helpdesk and HR service delivery workflows. • Ensure AI systems follow the correct processes for ticket routing, employee onboarding, IT asset handling, and HR case management. • Work closely with AI/ML teams to ensure the AI is tuned to reflect real-world operations in large utilities/energy corporations. • Assess whether the AI system aligns with SLA-driven processes and operational rules in the energy sector. Requirements: • Deep experience in IT or HR operations within large Utilities/Energy companies (e.g., Chevron, Shell, BP, Duke Energy). • Experience with ticket routing, employee onboarding, IT asset handling, HR case management, and SLA-driven workflows. • Familiarity with internal support operations in large enterprise environments. • Strong understanding of real-world logistics support workflows and how they should be represented in AI models.
