Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in internal IT or HR operations within large Utilities/Energy companies to review and validate AI prompts used to train AI agents. This is a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project for a major energy provider. The role focuses on validating the real-world internal support operations including ticket routing, employee onboarding, IT asset handling, HR case management, and SLA-driven processes. The expert will ensure that the AI agent's prompt is realistic, internally consistent, and aligns with logistics support workflows for internal IT/HR operations. • Key Responsibilities: • Review and validate AI prompts for IT helpdesk and HR service delivery workflows. • Ensure AI systems follow the correct processes for ticket routing, employee onboarding, IT asset handling, and HR case management. • Work closely with AI/ML teams to ensure the AI is tuned to reflect real-world operations in large utilities/energy corporations. • Assess whether the AI system aligns with SLA-driven processes and operational rules in the energy sector.
