The Role • Ai Feature Validation & Tool Auditing: • Act as primary gatekeeper for Ai quality by rigorously testing features • Verify that Llm correctly triggers backend tools during conversations Key Responsibilities: • Conversation Analysis & Tone Guardrailing • Monitor semantic quality and tone of AI interactions • Ensure empathy brand alignment • Flag hallucinations or negative sentiment patterns
