You will be responsible for leading the development and scaling of enterprise Generative AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions for a large global organization. This role involves taking ownership of AI products from concept to production, which includes identifying use cases, validating them through rapid experimentation, and operationalizing them into scalable enterprise platforms used across multiple business functions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, IT, security, and business leadership to deliver production-grade AI solutions that enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for GenAI platforms and AI-driven solutions. - Identify and validate high-value use cases through rapid POCs and pilots. - Build business cases with clear ROI, focusing on efficiency gains, cost savings, and adoption metrics. - Drive the product lifecycle from discovery to development, launch, adoption, and iteration. GenAI Solution Development: - Lead the development of AI assistants, chatbots, knowledge systems, and AI-powered analytics platforms. - Design and scale RAG-based solutions and conversational AI products. - Operationalize LLM-based applications into enterprise production environments. - Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise platforms and workflows. Execution & Delivery: - Partner with engineering and data science teams to translate requirements into deployable products. - Define KPIs such as adoption, accuracy, efficiency, and business value. - Ensure security, scalability, governance, and compliance in AI deployments. - Manage Agile delivery through backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release execution. Stakeholder & Adoption Management: - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, IT, and data teams. - Present progress and product outcomes to senior leadership. - Drive enterprise adoption through training, communication, and change management. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 6-14 years of overall experience with 4-5+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Ownership. - Experience in building and scaling digital or platform products in enterprise environments. - Hands-on exposure to Generative AI solutions. **Technical Expertise:** - Proficiency in LLMs and GenAI models such as GPT, Claude, Llama, or similar. - Knowledge of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, embeddings, conversational AI/chatbot platforms. - Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), API integrations, AI application workflows. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, enterprise data pipelines, and data architecture. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product ownership, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and business teams. **Preferred Background:** - Experience in taking products from POC/pilot to enterprise-scale adoption. - Exposure to enterprise applications in operations, supply chain, analytics, or internal platforms. - Background in consulting firms, large enterprises, or high-growth technology startups. - Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance considerations in AI deployments. - MBA from a premier B-school is an advantage. **What We Are Looking For:** - Strong technical product thinking with the ability to work closely with engineers and data scientists. - Business-first mindset focused on measurable value creation. - Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new platforms. **Why Join:** - Opportunity to build real production AI systems, not just experimentation. - High visibility role working with senior leadership. - Direct impact on enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. - Ownership and scale across global users.
