About The Role We are hiring a full-time AI React Native Developer for our in-office team in Agra. You will work on real products end-to-end: building mobile screens, integrating APIs, connecting to backends, and adding AI features where needed. Key Responsibilities • Build clean mobile screens and flows using React Native and Expo • Implement navigation, forms, lists, loading, and error states • Integrate REST APIs and handle auth, headers, and failures • Connect the app to a backend (Supabase or Node.js) • Work on features like chat, summaries, or smart helpers using AI APIs • Debug issues on real devices and improve performance • Collaborate directly with the founder and a small dev team to ship features What You Get • CTC range ₹4.2 LPA to ₹7.2 LPA based on skills and ownership • Work on real client projects and internal products • Exposure to AI tools (OpenAI, Groq, Cursor, ChatGPT, Make.com) • Small, focused team where your work is clearly visible and valued
