We are ... hiring 3 full time AI Sales Specialists (SMB Accounts) who will work from our office and focus on telesales and Zoom demos to global beverage companies. Role Objective Own the complete sales cycle for SMB accounts including outbound calling, demos, closing, onboarding, and customer activation in the first 90 days. Work Schedule This is an in office role (mandatory). Monday to Friday. Both day and night shift options are available. Key Responsibilities • Conduct telesales outreach to wine, beer, and spirits companies across the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia • Make high volume outbound calls daily and maintain a strong follow up cadence • Book and conduct Zoom demos to walk prospects through the CPGBuyerAI platform • Present subscription plans, handle objections, negotiate, and close SaaS deals • Onboard new customers and guide them through their first 90 days to ensure activation • Log all calls, follow ups, demos, and deal stages in CRM with accuracy • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for call activity, demos, conversions, and revenue • Continuously improve pitch, scripts, and demo performance to increase conversion rates Required Experience • Minimum 2 years telesales experience targeting the USA or UK or Europe market (mandatory) • Must have sold software or SaaS products previously • Must have run Zoom or online demos as part of the closing process • Experience selling to beverage or CPG companies is preferred but not required • Strong English communication skills and persistence in follow ups Who Will Succeed in This Role • Enjoys outbound telesales and high calling activity • Competitive and target driven with a strong desire to earn incentives • Confident running demos and closing SaaS subscription deals • Willing and excited to sell globally in a performance driven environment Compensation and Growth • Competitive base salary • Attractive commissions for every closed deal • Monthly performance bonuses for hitting revenue targets • Clear growth pathway: AI Sales Specialist > Senior AE > Enterprise AE > Sales Manager Location • In office only (no remote option) • Vadodara, Gujarat Candidates must be able to commute or relocate.
