Talent500 is hiring for one of its clients. AI Software Developer What would you do exactly? Develop and maintain scalable and reliable web and mobile applications. Research, design, and select appropriate Machine Learning algorithms and models to solve collect, clean, and prepare data for the training and evaluation of AI models. Optimize and fine-tune models to achieve peak performance in terms of accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with the product team to define, design, and deliver new AI-driven features. Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting. Stay current with advancements in the fields of AI and Data Science to apply the latest techniques and methodologies to project development. Qualifications for Intermediate Level: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Development Experience: Proven experience in Python and/or other key technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js). • Databases: Solid knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases. • Version Control: Experience with Git. • AI/ML Knowledge: Foundations in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, including common algorithms and techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, neural networks). • Soft Skills: Ability to learn quickly and manage priorities effectively. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate technical ideas effectively. • Mindset: A problem-solving orientation and a commitment to continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications (Desirable): • Experience in data processing and handling large-scale datasets (Big Data). • Experience in mobile development (React Native, Flutter, etc.). • Knowledge of DevOps and cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Experience in the testing, validation, and automation of AI models. • The ideal candidate would be a quick learner, a team player, and should possess the ability to plan their work around competing priorities.
