Salary : 40-50 lahks INR Position : AI Solutions Engineer – Loyalty Platform Group Overview We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to join a global technology team responsible for building and operating large-scale loyalty platforms. This role focuses on leveraging Artificial Intelligence to optimize internal operations, improve productivity, and deliver innovative solutions for business and engineering stakeholders. Why This Role Exists Our core platform handles high-volume, mission-critical transactions for loyalty programs worldwide. To enhance efficiency and unlock new capabilities, we aim to integrate AI-driven solutions into our workflows. This position will lead the adoption of AI technologies, design intelligent systems, and mentor team members in applying advanced AI concepts. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and translate them into AI / ML solution requirements. • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that improve team productivity and streamline processes, using Generative AI, multimodal AI, and cloud-native services. • Build and integrate advanced AI systems such as RAG pipelines, AI agents, multimodal solutions, and traditional ML models for predictive analytics and anomaly detection. • Own the full AI / ML lifecycle : data preparation, model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and continuous optimization for scalability and cost-effectiveness. • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, prototype innovative applications, and evaluate new frameworks and tools for practical implementation. Work Environment You will join a diverse, globally distributed team of engineers, product managers, and technical delivery specialists. The team primarily consists of backend application engineers and currently lacks dedicated AI experts—making this role critical for driving AI initiatives and mentoring junior members. Current Tech Stack • Languages: Kotlin, Java • Cloud: Google Cloud and private cloud environments • Databases: Cassandra, TiDB, Redis, MySQL • Frameworks: Vert.x, Quarkus • Data Processing: Kafka, Spark • CI / CD: GitHub Actions, Kubernetes • Monitoring: ELK Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI / ML, Data Science, or related quantitative field. • Experience: 5+ years in software development with strong fundamentals in building scalable, production-ready systems. • 2+ years of hands-on AI / ML development experience, including Generative AI (LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, multimodal AI). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and AI / ML frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, PyTorch / TensorFlow). • Solid understanding of system design, API development, and cloud-based architectures. • Familiarity with traditional ML algorithms for prediction and classification. • Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, problem-solving mindset, and effective communication for cross-functional collaboration. • Language: Business-level English proficiency.
