About the Role This role is critical to enhancing Lenskart’s replenishment systems using AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for building and implementing intelligent inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and assortment optimization models that ensure the right products are available at the right place and time. Key Responsibilities • Reimagine & improve replenishment systems by integrating AI/Gen AI-powered solutions. • Develop intelligent tracking mechanisms for real-time inventory visibility across all stores. • Optimize assortment planning to ensure the right mix of products in each store, improving availability and reducing waste. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, supply chain, and business leaders) to implement scalable solutions. • Demonstrate leadership by driving end-to-end ownership of the replenishment function, balancing business needs with technical innovation. Qualifications • Strong academic background from top-tier MBA/Tech institutions. • Degree in AI/ML, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields preferred. Required Skills • Proven expertise in AI/Gen AI technologies and product development. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on experience in building AI-driven business solutions at scale. Preferred Skills • Understanding of replenishment systems and demand forecasting models. • Knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, or inventory optimization.
