Role & responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world production use cases • Build and optimize Deep Learning models using modern frameworks • Develop and implement Computer Vision solutions (image recognition, object detection, OCR, video analysis, etc.) • Work on NLP-based systems (chatbots, text classification, summarization, embeddings, semantic search, etc.) • Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) • Fine-tune foundation models and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency • Work closely with backend/frontend teams to integrate AI services into production systems • Implement MLOps best practices (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines) • Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML Preferred candidate profile • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field • 26+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development • Strong experience with Python and AI frameworks like TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras • Solid understanding of Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) • Experience in Computer Vision libraries (OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron, etc.) • Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and transformer-based models • Experience working with LLMs and Generative AI APIs • Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.) • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) • Understanding of REST APIs and system architecture • Experience with Docker and deployment pipelines is a plus • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
