We’re hiring AI/ML Engineers for Product based company in Insurance domain to build accelerators, data products, and AI-infused tools. This is an opportunity to build cutting-edge AI solutions that transform insurance operations — from underwriting automation to intelligent claims workflows. ✅ I Own my work – Responsibility with the Role: • Design and implement ML models for risk scoring, claims triage & process automation • Build and maintain data pipelines and feature stores for real-time ML systems • Deploy models into production via APIs and batch inference pipelines • Support GenAI applications for document processing & customer service automation • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to turn business needs into solutions • Monitor model performance, detect drift, and improve accuracy over time • Document code, maintain repositories, and contribute to knowledge sharing Expected Competency: • 4-7 years in AI/ML or Full-stack development with Python or data engineering • Proficiency in Python, Pandas/NumPy, SQL • Exposure to TensorFlow / PyTorch and cloud ML platforms • Curiosity to learn MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubernetes) What’s in it for ME? • Founding member of India’s AI engineering team • Hands-on work with global insurance data & real business impact • Learn from cutting-edge AI practices in an innovation-first culture
