Greetings from HCL Tech We are looking for AI/ML Engineer for one of our client Role: AI/ML Engineer Position: 1 Notice: Max 30 Days Location: Chennai or Bangalore (Client office) AI/ML Engineer Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, fine-tune, and optimize Generative AI/LLM-based solutions for personalization and commerce experiences. • Lead the full ML lifecycle: from model training and evaluation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. • Implement LLMOps and MLOps practices for scalable, production-grade AI systems. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data science teams to translate ideas into impactful AI products. • Stay ahead of AI trends and integrate state-of-the-art techniques into production workflows. • Ensure high-quality code, performance, and reliability through testing, reviews, and best practices. • Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, innovative team culture. Qualifications: • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, ML, Data Science, or related field. • Deep expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment. • Strong hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and cloud platforms (Azure preferred). • Proven experience in building AI solutions using Big Data, distributed systems, and real-time data pipelines (Kafka, Spark, HBase). • Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, and modern experimentation platforms. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred: • Experience with content understanding, entity resolution, or knowledge graph systems. • Built GenAI services leveraging unstructured data in real-world applications.
