Job Description: AI/ML - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. 2–3 years of proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs). 1–2 years of hands-on experience using the LangChain framework. 2–3 years of experience with machine learning concepts and fine-tuning methodologies. 1–2 years of experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. 2–3 years of professional coding experience in Python, following PEP8 standards. 1 year of experience with containerization technologies such as Docker. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Experience ensuring production-quality code, including thorough testing and documentation. Comfortable working in the terminal for development and deployment tasks. 1–2 years of experience with version control systems such as Git. Or you can use these pointers as well – Required Qualifications: 6+ years of software engineering experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, Generative AI, and traditional ML models. Strong experience with Chatbots, conversational AI, and NLP-based solutions. 4+ years of experience with Web and API development. 4+ years of experience hosting applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred). Strong knowledge of security, access controls, logging, monitoring, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and production operations. Preferred Qualifications: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). Experience in the healthcare industry. Full-stack engineering experience.
