Job Title : AI/ML Engineer Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office) Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using PyTorch and TensorFlow. • Implement scalable APIs and services using FastAPI for model integration. • Apply Scikit-learn and other ML libraries to build classical ML solutions where relevant. • Develop Generative AI models and integrate RAG pipelines for intelligent information retrieval. • Experiment with and implement Agentic AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems. • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to align AI initiatives with business needs. • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in production environments. • Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML and apply them in practical scenarios. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role. • Strong proficiency in PyTorch and TensorFlow. • Experience with FastAPI for developing and deploying APIs. • Solid understanding of Scikit-learn and traditional ML techniques. • Proven expertise in Generative AI (GenAI). • Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations. • Experience building and deploying Agentic AI systems. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication skills. Good-to-Have: • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML deployment. • Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus). • Experience with MLOps frameworks for model lifecycle management. • Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects or published research.
