Job Title: AI/ML Engineer – Python & Generative AI Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office) Experience: 4–8 Years Hire Type: Permanent Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing AI solutions, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), data chunking, document conversion pipelines, and OpenSearch-based retrieval systems. This role involves designing and implementing scalable AI applications and integrating them into enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Python. • Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using OpenSearch or similar vector search technologies. • Implement data chunking strategies for processing large documents and datasets for LLM-based applications. • Develop document ingestion and conversion pipelines (PDF, Word, HTML, etc.) for AI-based knowledge systems. • Integrate LLMs and GenAI frameworks into applications for intelligent automation and conversational AI. • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features. • Optimize AI models and pipelines for performance, scalability, and accuracy. • Build APIs and microservices to expose AI capabilities to other systems. Required Skills: • Strong programming skills in Python. • Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar). • Experience implementing RAG architecture and vector search systems. • Experience with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch for semantic search. • Knowledge of data chunking, embedding generation, and document indexing. • Experience with document processing and conversion frameworks. • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar GenAI frameworks. • Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI / Flask / Django. • Strong understanding of machine learning workflows and AI pipelines. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma). • Knowledge of NLP, transformers, and prompt engineering. • Experience building enterprise AI assistants, chatbots, or knowledge search systems. • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
