About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design and develop an intelligent Voice AI Agent capable of handling real-time conversations, candidate screening, and recruitment automation workflows. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop end-to-end Voice AI pipeline (Speech-to-Text → LLM → Text-to-Speech) • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) for conversational AI • Develop and deploy APIs using FastAPI / Flask • Integrate voice platforms like Twilio / Exotel / WebRTC • Ensure data privacy and security compliance
