About The Role We are seeking a AIML Engineer (Python+GenAI) with strong backend engineering expertise and experience in building scalable, integration-heavy applications. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying backend services, APIs, and automation solutions that power enterprise-scale applications. Key Responsibilities • Backend Development • Design and implement robust, scalable back-end services using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django). • Build and integrate APIs and microservices for enterprise applications. • Ensure performance optimization, security, and cost efficiency. • Automation & Integration • Develop automation workflows to optimize business processes. • Integrate systems and data pipelines through APIs and cloud-native solutions. • Leverage modern integration platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, or similar) where relevant. • DevOps & Governance • Apply CI/CD practices, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). • Monitor and maintain services for reliability and compliance. • Document designs, workflows, and best practices. • Collaboration • Work closely with analysts, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Required Skills • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Python backend development. • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integration. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Proficiency in DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Docker/Kubernetes). • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
