Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI/ML Lead located in Chandigarh. The AI/ML Lead will oversee the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to enhance digital justice delivery. Responsibilities include leading AI/ML research, designing algorithms, deploying machine learning models, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered solutions into Jupitice's platforms, while ensuring technological advancements align with business goals. Qualifications • Proficiency in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science • Strong programming skills in Python, R, and relevant AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn • Proven experience in designing and implementing algorithms, data analysis, and predictive modeling • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, and Computer Vision • Expertise in AI/ML deployment using cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach towards innovation and solutions • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields • Experience with justice-related technologies or solutions is a plus • Ability to lead teams and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
