• Lead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models and AI systems • Manage and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers while setting technical direction • Architect scalable ML infrastructure and establish best practices for model deployment • Drive research initiatives and proof-of-concept development for new AI applications • Collaborate with product and business teams to define AI strategy and roadmap • Oversee model optimization, testing, and validation processes • Establish metrics and monitoring systems for ML model performance
