As an AI/ML Modeling & Simulation Application Engineer at Dassault Systèmes, you will lead the technical and strategic evolution of our SIMULIA simulation portfolio, specializing in AI, machine learning (ML), and deep learning (DL) solutions. This position bridges technical expertise, strategic vision, and customer-centric innovation to strengthen SIMULIA’s leadership in AI-powered simulation. Role Description & Responsibilities: • AI/ML-Driven Solution Development: Forefront the advancement of SIMULIA’s technology portfolio, with a focus on integrating AI and machine learning to enhance simulation capabilities. • Customer Engagement & Validation: Lead/support proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and live demonstrations, showcasing solution value to customers. • Process & Workflow Innovation: Design and refine engineering processes and workflows, embedding AI/ML methodologies to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Gap Analysis & Strategic Innovation: Proactively identify gaps in current solutions and propose forward-thinking innovations that address emerging industry challenges and customer needs. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a strong foundation in AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL). • 1–3 years Technical Experience in automation using VBA, Python in AI, ML, and DL development and implementation in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks. • Machine Learning: Hands-on experience with algorithms such as XGBoost, Random Forest, Decision Trees, and others. • Deep Learning: Proficiency in Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks, Graph Neural Networks (GNN), and Transformers. • Generative AI: Experience with frameworks/tools like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LLMs, and NLP applications. • Familiarity with design and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE).
